British actress and humanitarian Audrey Hepburn is regarded as one of the most naturally beautiful women of all time. The international film and fashion icon was active during Hollywood's Golden Era and ranked as the third greatest female screen legend by the American Film Institute. Hepburn is one of the few people to have won Academy, Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Awards and won a record of 3 BAFTA Awards for Best British Actress in a Leading Role. She devoted much of her later life to UNICEF, work she was inspired to do after witnessing the atrocities of World War II as a young child.
